We currently ship to:

  • All 50 U.S. states

  • U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico)

  • International

We partner with trusted carriers such as:

  • UPS

  • FedEx

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and carrier delays. Please contact us for a specific time of arrival regarding your order. 


💵 Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Please contact us for further questions regarding your shipping rate.


⏱ Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST are typically processed the same day.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before shipping.


📬 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order directly through the carrier’s website or via your Mejia's Coffee account.


📦 Packaging

We take pride in environmentally conscious packaging whenever possible. Your coffee is sealed for freshness and packed with care to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.


🌍 International Shipping (if applicable)

We offer international shipping to select countries. Please note:

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Shipping times may vary due to customs delays.

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:

  • Include your order number and a description (or photo) of the issue.

  • We'll do our best to resolve the problem quickly.
